If it is your first time, you will want to arrive 10-15 mins prior to your appointment to complete all necessary paperwork. For every application, a consultation is conducted to determine what is right for you.

It may be hard but, try to skip that second cup of coffee for caffeine causes the jitters. You may not notice but, your eye can begin to twitch making it difficult to isolate and adhere .

Adhesive will not stick to dirty lashes. Please arrive make up free and remove contact lenses prior or bring the necessary items to do so before we begin.

This is a time for you to unwind. Phone calls/ notifications can disrupt your relaxation and subconsciously make you anxious. If you are expecting an important phone call, please let me know.

This is not an "in and out" appointment. Please make transportation arrangements if you are being dropped off. Upon booking, you will see an estimated time period depending on the service selected.

You will be lying down for quite some time so dress comfortably if possible and kick off your shoes. A warm blanket is provided but you are always welcome to bring your own.
Aftercare
how to care for your lashes
DO be gentle around your eyes, avoid picking at your extensions.
DO use an eyelash comb or mascara wand, these are great for grooming your lashes each morning.
DO NOT get excessively wet for the first 24 hours.
DO NOT use steam rooms, saunas or sunbeds for the first 48 hours.
DO NOT perm, tint or use eyelash curlers.
DO gently wash daily with eyelash cleanser, keeping the root area clean .
DO book your fills in advance.
DO NOT use waterproof/ oil-based mascara on your extensions as they contain chemical properties that will break down the adhesive.

Can I get them wet?
How long do extensions last?
Do lash extensions cause damage?
We recommend waiting at least 24hrs. This wait time allows the adhesive used to completely bond with your natural lashes. Once the lash adhesive is cured, you are free to get them wet. In fact, lash baths are essential for maximum retention.
Lash extensions can last indefinitely with proper maintenance however, with natural shedding, fills are required every 2-3 weeks.
If applied properly by a trained and licensed professional, lash extensions are safe and will not cause harm to the natural lashes. Lash extensions will not make your lashes fall out faster than they would on their own.
Absolutely not. The procedure is actually quite relaxing and most clients use their time wisely by taking a nap while they're here. Wake up feeling great with beautiful lashes!

How can I remove my extensions?
To ensure your lashes remain healthy, your lash technician will only be able to go a certain length or thickness. This is solely depended on the condition of your own natural lashes.
Not ready for commitment? Or maybe you've gotten lash extensions for a special occasion only. No worries, just book a removal with your lash technician. It is important to have extensions removed by a professional. Any picking or pulling can result in permanent damage.
