DEPOSITS

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. A $25 non-refundable fee is required upon booking. All deposits will go towards your service. A processing fee may apply if you chose to pay remaining balance with card. Must be 18yrs or older to book.

PAYMENTS
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. If you choose to pay your remaining balance in cash, please bring the exact amount as I do not carry change. 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive early: If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment start time in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to check in, get situated, and be ready to go for your full session time. All clients are to arrive without make up. And please, no additional guest during the time of your appointment.

Late arrivals: Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment must be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a $15 non-refundable late fee. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is important, it is time reserved especially for you. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit and be charged half of the service total. No call/No shows will be charged FULL AMOUNT of service. No exceptions.

REFILLS

40% of lashes must be remaining to be considered a refill. Anything less, will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. Unfortunately, I do not work over any other artist’s work. With that in mind, I do offer removals that are packaged with a full set.
